The following activities are available to all participants

    Friday, May 3rd, 6:00 p.m. Registration and poolside picnic at founder Antoinette May's home: 8437 Center St, Mokelumne Hill

    7:30 p.m., Library, poetry reading--open mic. BRING YOUR WORK!

    Saturday, May 4th: Registration at Hotel Leger (for those not registered Friday).

    9:00 a.m. Introductions. Conference founder and emeritus, Antoinette May, will welcome everyone and introduce all the Gold Rush workshop leaders.

    1:15 p.m. Lucy Sanna: Brief talk to reconvene;

    6:30 p.m. Dinner, Hotel Leger Featured Speaker Kathleen Kent

    9:00 p.m. Open Mic, Open Mic for all genres of writing. This is a casual, laid-back event with no critiquing, just fun. Each reader is limited to 500 words (about two double-spaced pages). Everyone is invited to share.

    9:30 a.m. Talk: 9:30 a.m. Sally Kaplan gives a motivational talk: Donít Tell It, Show it - Just Like The Movies

    Noon-- Sit-down lunch with speaker Joe Quirk
